• 8 eggs
  • 6 Tablespoons Ground Almond
  • 3 Tablespoons Coconut Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Butter


Add all ingredients into a bowl and whisk vigorously together. Heat a large pan over a medium-high heat with a teaspoon of butter, add in ΒΌ cup mixture and roll pan around till liquid is covering the entire pan just like a pancake or crepe. Cook for 1 minute on each side and place on baking paper to cool. Repeat until out of the mixture. Fill with your favorite fresh salad ingredients and/or meat.
