Tuna Cakes


  • 1 Small Can Tuna
  • 1 Egg
  • ΒΌ Cup Almond Flour
  • Seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil



Drain the tuna and place in a bowl with the egg, almond flour and some seasoning. Mix together using a fork until well combined. Heat the oil in a medium heat pan, and place 4 patties into the pan, flipping after 5-6 minutes and continuing for another 5-6 minutes.
