Trail Mix

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup Almonds
  • 1 Cup Cashews
  • 1 Cup Walnuts
  • 1 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • ½ Cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 Cup Raisins or Sultanas
  • 1 Cup Dried Cranberries
  • 100ml Maple Syrup or Honey
  • 80ml Coconut Oil
  • ½ Teaspoon Cinnamon

 

METHOD

Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, if using honey, melt it first. Make sure everything is coated evenly before laying on a lined baking tray. Heat in the oven at 180/350 for 10 minutes, toss around, then for a further 10 minutes. Let cool before eating
