• 500g Beef
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 Green Capsicum
  • ½ Head Broccoli
  • 1 Chilli
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons Fish Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Honey
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Coriander


Thinly slice beef and add to a medium high pan with sufficient oil, once browned, add thinly sliced zucchini, capsicum, broccoli and deseeded chilli. Fry for 2 minutes tossing as you cook. Finally add fish sauce, honey, sesame seeds and salt and pepper and fry for a further 2 minutes tossing again. Serve with fresh chopped coriander and sesame seeds.
