• ½ Cup Tapioca Flour
  • ½ Cup Ground Almonds
  • 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¾ Cup Coconut or Almond Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey (Optional)
  • Coconut Oil

  • Add all ingredients to bowl except for the milk, stir so everything seems even. Slowly add and whisk in the eggs until you have used it all. Add mixture to a medium pan and fry until the top bubbles slightly, flip and fry for another minute or so. If you like your pancakes thin and more like crepes, then add a little more milk to make it quite runny and spread the mixture over the whole pan.
