Kale Chips

Ingredients:

  • 1 Bunch Kale
  • Salt
  • Olive OilMethod:
  • Rip apart kale leaves into chip size pieces, place on a baking tray in a single layer. Sprinkle over salt, a flaky sea salt will taste so much nicer for this than regular table salt. Drizzle over some good quality olive oil and bake in the oven for 5-8 minutes at 180/350. I suggest using good quality salt and oil here because it’s the only ingredients you will taste other than the kale itself, so make it nice for yourself! Once these are crispy and crunchy, take them out and serve them straight away, they will last the day though, so good for when you are heading out as a handy snack.
