INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Whole Dried Dates
- 1 Cup Raw Almonds
- ½ Cup Coconut Flakes
METHOD
Boil water to cover dates and leave to soak for 5 minutes. Add dates, almonds and coconut flakes to a food processor and blitz. Roll into a ball and using a rolling pin, roll out to 1cm/1/2inch thick square. Cut however you like, squares or rectangle bars.
