INGREDIENTS
- 500g Minced Beef
- 1 Brown Onion
- 1 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 400g Chopped Tomatoes
- Olive Oil
METHOD
In a hot pan, fry off diced onion, minced garlic and beef with a little olive oil for 5-6 minutes. Place in a slow cooker and add the spices and tomatoes. On low, cook for anywhere between 3-4 hours, if you want to leave it for 5, add half a cup of water.
