Chia Pudding


  • 400ml Coconut Cream
  • ½ Cup Threaded Coconut
  • ¼ Cup Chia Seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ Teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla ExtractMethod:
  • Pour the coconut cream in a bowl and mix the chia seeds in straight away as they will clump if left too long. Then add the rest of the ingredients and store in the fridge to chill for at least 2 hours. This goes very well with fresh fruit. Can split the mix into plastic containers before you chill so they are ready to grab On-The-Go!
