- 2 Cups Dates
- ½ Cup Raisins or Sultanas
- 2 Cup Nuts, One or Mixed
- 1 Orange, Zested
- 1 Tablespoon Knob of Finely Grated Ginger (Optional)
- Garnish – Coconut, cocao powder, Chia Seeds, Sesame Seeds etc
- Place all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until completely combined. Roll 1 Tablespoon worth into a ball and coat with the garnish of your choice.
