Bliss Balls


  • 2 Cups Dates
  • ½ Cup Raisins or Sultanas
  • 2 Cup Nuts, One or Mixed
  • 1 Orange, Zested
  • 1 Tablespoon Knob of Finely Grated Ginger (Optional)
  • Garnish – Coconut, cocao powder, Chia Seeds, Sesame Seeds etc



  • Place all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until completely combined. Roll 1 Tablespoon worth into a ball and coat with the garnish of your choice.
