INGREDIENTS
- 2 Ripe Bananas
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Flour
- ½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Coconut Oil
METHOD - Mash bananas and beat in eggs, flour and vanilla, or place all ingredients in a blender. Heat a pan with a teaspoon of coconut oil and fry off pancakes to whatever size you like until mix is gone. Heat for 2 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
