Banana Pancakes


  • 2 Ripe Bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut Flour
  • ½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Coconut Oil

  • Mash bananas and beat in eggs, flour and vanilla, or place all ingredients in a blender. Heat a pan with a teaspoon of coconut oil and fry off pancakes to whatever size you like until mix is gone. Heat for 2 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
