Banana Cinnamon Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ Cup Almonds, Cashews or Walnuts
  • 1 Cup Almond or Coconut Milk
  • ½ Cup Water

Method:

Blitz all ingredients in a high powered blender and serve straight away.
