Bacon and Broccoli Salad


  • 1 Head of Broccoli
  • 4 Rashers Shoulder Bacon
  • ½ Red Onion
  • 1 Capsicum
  • ½ Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon Honey
  • Salt and Pepper



Very thinly slice the broccoli till paper thin and add all to a bowl. Fry off the bacon until well cooked and crispy. Dice the bacon, red onion and capsicum into small cubes and add to the broccoli.

In a small bowl, mix together the mayo, vinegar and honey until combined. Then toss through the vegetables with the salt and pepper until all is coated.
